We read every message and answer within a few working days. Please write in English or French.

• Report an error. A wrong fact, figure, quote or a misleading image: tell us which article, and what is wrong. We correct or withdraw, and we say so on the article itself. See our editorial guidelines.
• Right of reply. If you are named in an article and dispute it, write to us with the article link and your reply.
• Copyright. If you believe a source, an image or a text was used without the right to do so, send us the link and the proof of ownership.
• Privacy. Any request about personal data goes to the same address; our privacy policy explains what we hold (very little).
• The apps. A bug, a crash or a suggestion for the iPhone or Android app: tell us the device, the app version (Settings → About) and what happened.
